I can't wait for spring.  Running on the parkway is the best in the spring.  A little cold with a dog and a little guy for 5 miles but somehow made it through.

Not feeling the greatest but somehow running tends to push the sickness out of you like nothing else.  Its getting out the door that's the hardest part.

After having a stress fracture in my foot, I've backed off running a bit and started spinning and zumba classes, should be good to cross train.

Finally its spring!  Run with my little guy and dog.  This stroller is sure getting heavy to push.  Contemplating the Salt Lake Half.  But $90.00 for a half?  Ah!

AWESOME! I love the Salt Lake 1/2 but I refuse to pay the prices for it this year. It kind of makes me mad they think they should charge that. It's a really fun course but I thought $65. was high for a half..but 90.???

But You should do it! haha! Bc it really is a lot of fun!
